Janet is fantastic to work with. My husband and I are renovating an old home and had to make some structural changes to open up the space. Needless to say, we didn’t leave ourselves very much of a budget for decorating. Janet was able to make our budget work and gave of us many ideas for items to add in the future when our budget allows. She saved me from making a horrible mistake with our kitchen backsplash by recommending a different grout colour….over Zoom no less! After removing the wall between our kitchen and living/dining room, I was overwhelmed with all the design and decorating decisions to be made. Janet helped enormously giving me great insight, helping with the details and giving alternatives I had never thought about. She helped with lighting choices, floor finishes, tiles and colour schemes by offering many choices and giving guidance for the final decision. Janet conducted herself very professionally and followed through with what was agreed to. Her designs were helpful and I chose one of her suggestions over what I originally considered. The project was to configure a seating plan that would accommodate changing the orientation of the TV and adding a fireplace while allowing sufficient seating for guests.
